This deal had a few moving parts, the most significant of which was my client's desire to call this property home in time for the arrival of their second child. The transaction had a replacement home contingency (for the seller) AND a home sale contingency (for the buyer). So in order to successfully close escrow on this home for my buyers, I had to close escrow on the home they were selling, line that up with the close of the home the seller was buying -- all at the same time. We did it, and I negotiated $25,000 off the asking price of the Calabasas home to boot!
